With the rapid adoption of electric vehicles, the era of “high-quality operation” for charging infrastructure has arrived. However, in practice, long waiting times, high equipment failure rates, and cumbersome user interfaces remain key pain points, directly affecting drivers’ travel efficiency and the return on investment for charging stations.

As a leading company with 37 years of expertise in power electronics, Kehua leverages its “Intelligent & Reliable” brand positioning to propose a “scenario-based power tiering” strategy. By optimizing both the underlying technology and user interaction, we aim to transform “reliability” into a trusted asset in the minds of our customers.

Scenario-Based Power Tiering: Effectively Addressing Queues and Slow Turnover

The root cause of queuing is a mismatch between supply and demand. Kehua optimizes station resource allocation through scientific deployment across different power tiers:

Destination Charging: For supermarkets, office parks, and other long-stay scenarios, deploy 60–180 kW integrated chargers. These meet daily top-up needs while preventing high-power fast chargers from being occupied for extended periods, thereby alleviating queuing pressure at the source.

Logistics & Heavy-Duty Fast Charging: For hubs and freight stations, deploy 240–400 kW integrated chargers to provide high-power rapid charging, significantly improving heavy vehicle turnover efficiency.

High-Throughput Charging Hubs: For highway service areas and large integrated stations, deploy 240 kW–1.6 MW split chargers. These systems are compatible with MCS dispensers, achieve up to 96.5% efficiency, and support 600 A ultra-high current output. With intelligent power/efficiency-optimization algorithms, the system automatically switches modes based on real-time traffic:

l High traffic density: maximize station power utilization

l Low traffic density: ensure operation in the most efficient range

This flexible approach significantly improves overall station operational revenue.

Robust Technical Platform: Tackling High Failure Rates and Maintenance Challenges

Kehua applies industrial-grade power electronics across its product line and holds CE and CB certifications, ensuring equipment remains rock-solid even in harsh environments.

Comprehensive Safety Protection: Over 100 built-in electrical safeguards covering overload, over-voltage, over-current, short circuits, and lightning protection, establishing a strong defense for equipment stability under complex conditions.

Extreme Protection & Long Lifespan: All products meet IP55 protection and C4-H corrosion resistance standards, resilient to rain, dust, and salt spray. The module lifespan balancing system intelligently schedules module operation, preventing single-point over-aging and enhancing overall system reliability.

Outstanding Environmental Adaptability: Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to 55°C, supporting full-power output even at 50°C. Unique airflow design ensures full-power operation at 25°C with noise below 65 dB, suitable for noise-sensitive areas.

Intelligent O&M & Fault Decoupling: Pull-out dust filters can be cleaned in just 5 minutes. Modules support hot-swapping, in-place diagnostics, and automatic address recognition. Remote monitoring, configuration, diagnostics, and OTA upgrades are available via cloud or web interface, reducing average fault maintenance time from 72 hours to under 24 hours. Split chargers feature fault decoupling technology, ensuring maintenance of a single terminal does not affect others.

Enhanced User Experience: Resolving Operational Complexity and Poor Experience

To ensure a seamless charging experience for every user, Kehua has refined interaction details:

Inclusive & Accessible Design: Dual-interface with touchscreen + physical buttons balances technological sophistication with familiar operation. Accessibility features ensure novice, elderly, and all users can operate intuitively and conveniently.

Intelligent Cable Management: Split chargers feature the CMS swing-arm cable management system, making heavy charging cables easy to handle while protecting them from ground wear and extending service life.

Multiple authentications: Fully supports credit card, QR code, RFID card, and Auto Charge, catering to diverse payment habits and user needs across global markets.

From China to Europe, South America to Asia, Kehua chargers have proven their technical excellence in complex scenarios. We deliver not only equipment but, with 37 years of accumulated expertise, a reliable, efficient, and intelligent green charging ecosystem for customers worldwide.
